Philippe S.R.L. Clement Philippe Clement, until he retired from harp making, was very instrumental in developing the modern cross strung harp. Not wanting the historic information and his Registry of Teachers and Builders to be lost he called for a volunteer to take over the content of his web page. Here it is.
